As part of the culinary trifecta from owners Stefano and Whitney Viglietti, Field to Fork offers simple and creative dishes featuring food from our local farmers and producers as well as products from their own in-house bakery, butcher shop, coffee roastery, and fresh-pressed juice bar.
Field to Fork is open for breakfast or lunch and features traditional brunch cocktails including a bloody Mary and mimosa, as well as specialty drinks like their signature Lavender Lemonade with vodka or gin. For a healthier start to your day, you could choose Locally Grown Wheatgrass or Morning Nectar from the raw juice bar or something off the smoothie menu, even non-dairy options.
