Situated on 640 grassy acres in the rolling, wooded hills of Wisconsin's Kettle Moraine is Road America, just 23 minutes from Blue Harbor Resort. This internationally known motorsports venue and world-acclaimed facility has been hosting motorsports events since 1955, but Road America team building events offer a unique experience for groups!
Team Building with Road America
Geocaching is a technology-driven scavenger hunt that is great for team building and family fun! A short meet and greet followed by a how-to, and let the adventures begin! (Available May – October)

The UTV Off-Road program utilizes the miles of trails around Road America. The Program includes helmets, so the only gear you need to bring is proper clothing for the weather, gloves, sweatshirt, proper shoes, etc. The Program is staffed with instructors; Insurance is provided on our behalf for all participants. (Max of 16 participants) (Available May – October).

The Karting programs are set up similar to UTV Off-Road. It begins with a short meet-and-greet session followed by technical instruction by professional racing instructors. Participants learn how to get in and out of the karts, how the machine works, proper braking, steering, kart racing, and line around the track. Instructors also explain handling and braking techniques for each corner around the course during a track tour. Participants will be split into groups and head out onto the track in karts capable of reaching speeds of 40mph. (Available May – October)

The Event Sampler gives you a taste of the most popular Road America programs! Participants use geocaching equipment to navigate their way throughout the facility. Built into the Program are two Pit Stops, each one being fun and exciting, like karting and Off-Road! (Available May – October)

Paintball is an exciting Program that combines Team Building and Leadership with some Friendly and Fun competition; This event will have team participants talking for a long time! (Available year-round)

This is a cruise at 35 MPH where you get to take it all in and drive the same track that so many legends have driven on! Then you could follow it up with Pace Car Hot Laps and jump into one of our Offical Pace Cars! Road America Driver Coaches will take you around the track with an experience that you will never forget! These options would occur after 5pm or on a Day the 4-Mile has not been rented out. (Available May – October)
