Experience the magic of Bookworm Gardens with an Adult Group Guided Tour.
Tour Options:
- Bookworm Gardens: Wonder + Whimsy! Immerse yourself in Bookworm Gardens and explore over 75 children's books in this engaging and interactive guided tour experience. Learn about Bookworm Garden's creation, find gorgeous blooms, and discover the whimsy of the Gardens.
- Bookworm Gardens: Horticulture Highlights! (Add $3 per person) Explore the botanical garden with an interactive guided tour experience. Learn more about how Bookworm Gardens’ books relate to plantings and how their unique mission impacts garden design.
Tours are offered Wednesdays – Fridays, 10 AM to 3 PM from May through September, and are 50 minutes in length.

All ages are welcome to enjoy a self-guided tour of the expansive exhibition space at Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center along with a trip to a local dairy farm. Gain a deeper understanding of Wisconsin agriculture, food processing, and sustainable farming with this unique agritourism experience less than 30 minutes from Blue Harbor Resort.

From the lush gardens of The American Club® to The Shops at Woodlake and the championship golf courses of Blackwolf Run® and Whistling Straits®, your team will enjoy the natural areas of Kohler with a guided or self-guided tour. These gardens sprouted in 1913 from seeds and a 50-year master plan until a second 50-year master plan was established by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in 1977.

Two Art Venues. Eight Galleries. Thirty-Five Artist-Built Environments.
The John Michael Kohler Arts Center offers rotating exhibitions featuring contemporary artists. Museum guides provide entertaining and informative walking tours through eight galleries. Enjoy outdoor garden scenic paths with sculptures and award-winning artist-commissioned rest room facilities. Your group can even dive in with a hands-on art project in the studio.
The Art Preserve is just a few miles west of the Arts Center and hosts the first and only collection of artist-built environments in the world. These are fascinating large-scale works of art that invite exploring. The building was the winner of the 2022 American Architecture Award.
From 8 to 50 people, the John Michael Kohler Arts Center can customize your group tour experience. Bus and motorcoach parking is free at both museums. Free admission for self-tour groups with reservation. Docent-led tours are $10 per person. Hands-on Art Workshops are available starting at $20 per person. Plus, tour guests receive a 10% discount in the gift shop. One hour recommended per museum. Visit their website for current information.

With a tour through the vast Kohler factory, you'll witness the rich history that makes Kohler a giant in the plumbing industry on a three-mile guided tour from their knowledgeable retired employees. Tours are offered on a limited basis and must be arranged in advance.

There are so many things to do and historic sites to see around Sheboygan, why not take the team out on a Segway tour to hit them all? After a quick training with Segway the Lake Tours, your team will depart right from Blue Harbor Resort and be on your way to view the lighthouse, schooner remains, shipwreck sites, and the original location of the Sheboygan Life-Saving Station on this Segway the Lake Tour.
