About LaClare Creamery
LaClare Creamery is a family-friendly destination in Malone, Wisconsin, with something for everyone to enjoy a day on the farm. With a self-guided tour, you are free to explore the Visitor Center to learn about LaClare Creamery and Saxon Creamery cheeses and the cheesemaking operation. How Wisconsin is that? Visitors are welcome Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm for a behind-the-scenes look at the cheesemaking process from viewing windows.
During the spring and summer, you can visit the goat silo, a fun way to meet the goats on the farm! The barn is also open to see 500 doelings, a donkey, a llama, or even some chickens. Goats are onsite during the late spring and summer months and baby goats are available to see in the viewing room.
Dining is available right on the farm at the cafe, serving sandwiches and salads featuring LaClare cheeses as well as ice cream! Weather permitting, there is outdoor dining. After getting a true taste of fresh Wisconsin cheese, you'll want to hit up the Cheese Shoppe to take a few options home with you to enjoy. The shoppe and cafe are open Sunday 10am-3pm, and Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm, subject to change.
