A total of 1,242 square feet plus 165 square-foot covered porch with table and chairs located on first floor. This Villa features a master bedroom with Queen Bed and 27" TV, plus a master bath. The additional bedroom has a Queen Bed, bunk beds and 27" TV, and is adjacent to the villa’s second full bathroom. The Villa also features a full kitchen with breakfast bar area that seats four, as well as a dining area that seats six. The spacious great room features a living area with seating for six, 42" plasma screen TV and fireplace. Also included in the villa is a stacked washer/dryer unit, iron and ironing board, high-speed wireless Internet, in-room safe and access to pay-per-view movies and pay Nintendo Game Cube.

Blue Harbor Resort is a pet-free facility. Guests with pets will be asked to checkout and will forfeit their deposit. A $150-$300 cleaning charge will also be applied.

Deposit Policy: 1 Night in Advance Plus Tax Required. Personal Checks accepted for advance deposits only. Checks not accepted for reservations within 4 weeks of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund (less $25 processing fee). Cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival results in forfeiture of deposit.

Group rates are available on 10 or more rooms.

Please be advised that cooking with the use of electrical heating appliances, except Blue Harbor Resort supplied appliances, is strictly prohibited in our guest rooms, balconies, patios, or any other location inside or outside Blue Harbor Resort property. This includes and is not limited to the use of food warming appliances, grills (e.g. electric, propane or charcoal), and any electrical device that Blue Harbor Resort deems unsafe. We ask that you take special note of this important safety and health regulation.

Important: Failure to abide by this Fire Code could result in your family being asked to vacate the room and leave the property without a refund. Failure to comply with these important property rules and area township laws may also lead to arrest and prosecution.
