On The Rocks Bar & Grille Set the sails to your favorite Lake Michigan coordinates in the lighthouse-themed, On The Rocks Bar & Grille™. Upon entering the two-story nautical-themed restaurant, guests are greeted by a 600-gallon aquarium featuring fish of the Great Lakes including Yellow Perch, Largemouth Bass and Bluegills. In the center of the restaurant is a lighthouse with a spiral staircase that leads to the upper level. Looking above, an actual grand scale map of Lake Michigan encompasses the entire ceiling, while the first level has massive sails that point to the coordinates of Blue Harbor’s favorite landmarks. Ship lighting effects add to the décor. The casual menu features appetizers, land lover burgers, pizzas, Walleye, NY Strip and more. A 42" Plasma screen TV is suspended above each of the two bars for those wanting to catch a game and unwind. Open to resort guests as well as the public, On The Rocks Bar & Grille seats 150, serving lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Rusty Anchor Buffet The two-story, sailing ship-themed, Rusty Anchor Buffet offers home-cooked breakfast and dinner cuisine, buffet style. Dine on the lower level, and you’ll find yourself beneath the water’s surface, where the sea blue walls, sand beach-themed floors, and giant cattails and seaweed décor add to the fun. If you prefer to dine on deck, head upstairs and hop aboard the massive schooner. Shadow box tables and hand blown glass lighting add to the décor as well as 19th century artifacts including a helm and antique deep sea diving helmet used on the set of Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World. Serving breakfast and dinner, full service dining is available beyond the buffet. Open to resort guests as well as the public, Rusty Anchor Buffet seats 150 and is open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Weissgerber’s Seabird Restaurant The fine dining experience at Weissgerber’s Seabird Restaurant is complete with magnificent, panoramic views of Lake Michigan, complimented by a spectacular menu of seafood dishes, steaks, pastas and Weissgerber’s signature German entrees, all complimented by award-winning wines. Located at the far end of Blue Harbor’s Conference Center, there is a separate entrance for patrons not staying at the Resort. The restaurant seats 150, and a separate “Island Room” can accommodate private parties up to 50. During the warmer months, patron’s can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the deck. Weissgerber’s Seabird Restaurant is open Monday through Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Blue Point Wine & Tapas Bar Upstairs from Weissgerber’s Seabird is Blue Point Wine & Tapas Bar, offering a cultured, yet causal atmosphere. Amidst the menu are Tapas - delectable smaller entrees, and a fine selection of martinis, wines and beers. The atmosphere will remind patrons of Costa del Sol with the color and inspiration of Spain. Three stories of stacked glass offer an amazing view of Lake Michigan. A fine selection of cigars is available to purchase and enjoy on the deck overlooking the Lake Michigan shoreline. Blue Point seats up to 50, and is open daily from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. to both resort guests and the general public.
